It’s 8 modules and 47 lessons, providing about 10 hours of content. You have as much time as you need to complete the course. The lessons will remain available to you for a lifetime 🙂
You get 4 different meal plans. The first is a basic meal plan with 12 recipes that are simple and easy to make. The second meal plan is meant for meal prepping, teaching you how to make more than you need and saving it for later. The third bunch of recipes is for desserts, snacks and bulletproof coffee :). The final meal plan is for when you’re ready to reintroduce carbs, providing 12 more recipes and cooking tips on how to eat carbs without gaining any weight back!
Recipes will contain all natural, whole foods consisting of eggs, meat, fish, non-starchy veggies and more. Each recipe has options to substitute if you don’t like or can’t eat certain foods. You will also be taught extensively about creating and building healthy meals so you will have the knowledge to make your own decisions on what’s good or bad for you
You can expect to reach your weight loss goal. How long will that be? Well that depends on your execution, but this course will give you all the tools and information you need to get there. You should feel better than you have in years, have tons of energy and improve your overall health and metabolism. This course is so much more than weight loss.
Absolutely not! There are plenty of exercises you can do from home or outside. You’ll receive workout programs you can do from home or the gym. It all depends on your experience level, time and preference 🙂
You have multiple options. You can watch videos of me teaching overtop of a slideshow or you can download the lessons in an audio format to listen on the go. You can also do a bit of both depending on your schedule 🙂
